Everything was excellent. The manager, Alessandro was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My credit card was not working but he was very patient and helped me solve the problem. Also he made great suggestions for restaurants, suggested places to go, advised us on travel. We wanted to spend our last day on the beach, Alessandro suggested Santa Marinella, showed us how to get there and it was the best day ever. The bed was the most comfortable I have had in a hotel, great location and lovely area.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. What stood out the most to us was the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The addition of the mini bar and air conditioning in the room was a nice touch. Location was also very convenient, with the hotel being on the same street as some lovely restaurants. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman upon our arrival who allowed us to check in early.

Just the one small lift so sometimes you had to wait a little as the hotel was on 2nd floor and shared facilities with other residents. 20 minute walk from the main station so recommend getting a taxi if you have luggage. Hotel convenient for all the key tourist attractions and antiquities. Would definately consider staying again if travelling to Rome.

The area was beautiful and safe and it was surrounded by lovely restaurants. If you don't mind walking 30-40 mins then you can reach all important places of the city. I really thought that it was great!
